TikToker @gdfedgocrazy – who refers to himself as “the internet’s stadium tour guide” – is known for filming himself while trying to stay at various locations after hours. Throughout 2024, he’s turned his attention to theme parks, determined to discover the limit of how long one can visit without being politely removed (or, in other words, forcibly kicked out) by security.
Some theme parks have proven easier to stay in than others. While we definitely don’t recommend trying to stay overnight at any theme park (unless a trespassing notice is high on your list of priorities), here’s how the TikToker fared at various parks across the U.S.
Disneyland Park
While visiting Disneyland Resort, he set up shop in Disneyland Park towards the end of its operating day at midnight. He started in Galaxy’s Edge, where he took in the land’s full Star Wars glory, noting that it was already very empty.
He didn’t hide – that’s against his own self-imposed rules, as is entering restricted areas – instead, he just started exploring Frontierland and Fantasyland, where he found a few other stragglers nearly 30 minutes after the park closed.

After being moved along by security, he ended up on Main Street, U.S.A., where he tried to veer off into the side streets. “They got this down to a science,” he complained about the cast member protocols to get guests out of the park.
“This is pointless,” he added, tapping out at 12.46 a.m., having managed a full 46 minutes extra in the parks.
King’s Island
As the TikToker noted, he’s actually stayed late at King’s Island in the past. Walking against the crowd, he managed to check out a few gift shops. complain about the park’s background music, and find a dark spot to linger.

Eventually he moved on to other areas of the park, he managed to stay until the music turned off. With the guest exit shut off, he had to be escorted out through the employee entrance, having stayed for well over 90 minutes past close. Impressive.
Six Flags Great America
As the park went dark, he managed to hang around and go totally unnoticed by security – despite hanging out in the open – for a surprisingly long time. “I’m starting to feel like I can be here all night,” he remarked while checking out some of the park’s finer details.

Despite the aggressive mosquito bites, he saw employees ending their shifts (and still allowing him to go by unchecked) until he was the last person there. The only issue? Actually leaving the park. With all exits closed, he had to ask for help and left the park an hour and 40 minutes after he should’ve exited.
Cedar Point
The park was still light when it closed during his experiment, making it slightly more challenging to go unnoticed. Regardless, he managed to hang around until nightfall, when he noted that he’d never been in a more “quiet and peaceful” park before.

As he noted, the trick is “walking with a purpose.” If you look like you belong, you can stay anywhere for as long as you like. Well – within reason. As the power washers rolled in, he parked himself up by the carousel and managed to hang around for two hours (and admitted that he probably could have made it three) until he left voluntarily. “Definitely don’t try this,” he said at the end of his video.
Which theme park do you think would be the hardest to stay at after hours?
