The recent Mickey Mouse children’s hospital visit was proof that Disney holds onto its beloved magic. Since its inception, the Walt Disney Company has assisted those in need. As a major participant in the Make-A-Wish program, Mickey Mouse represents the Walt Disney spirit for many a child in need.
Patients at the children’s hospital got a chance to interact with Mickey Mouse. It recalls the Disney movie moments that provide hope and inspiration in hospitals across the world.
The pediatric care unit in Orlando, Florida states, “We provide hospital care, pediatric and neonatal intensive care, cardiac critical care, and inpatient rehabilitation at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida in Orlando.”
