MORE Guest-Favorite Buffets Returning to Disney World

Walt Disney World Resort is bringing back more buffets! Boma – Flavors of Africa just reopened today, August 20, with a full-service buffet. And now, Disney has announced that even more buffets are coming back!

Amid the pandemic, buffet dining was suspended at Walt Disney World Resort for quite some time. However, now we are seeing all-you-care-to-enjoy self-serve buffet dining return to a number of restaurants at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Disney Parks Blog shared the following news about buffet service returning to Biergarten at EPCOT:

Beginning Aug. 29, Biergarten Restaurant in the German pavilion at EPCOT will offer a buffet experience for lunch and dinner. Enjoy your favorite German dishes – pretzel rolls, bratwurst, spätzle, schnitzel, and a variety of desserts, including apple strudel and black forest rolls. Prost!

Disney also announced that buffet service is returning soon to Crystal Palace at EPCOT:

Inspired by Victorian greenhouses of the late 1800s, The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom Park is such an enchanting spot to dine. I am happy to announce starting Sept. 12, their buffet will open for lunch and dinner where you can feast on Parker House rolls, create-your-own fresh garden salad, seared pork tenderloin, fire-roasted prime rib, braised beef short ribs, and more.

Disney also announced some other restaurant reopenings and the return of other Guest-favorite offerings, including the following:

• Nine Dragons Restaurant in the China pavilion at EPCOT, now open for dinner
• Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom, serving breakfast again beginning August 27 with reservations available August 24
• Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery reopening at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on August 29
• Dockside Diner at Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopening on August 22

We’re thrilled to see these dining locations bringing back these offerings, as it means that Walt Disney World can bring even more Cast Members back to work at these restaurants and eateries.
