There are so many exciting aspects of a trip to Disneyland — from the seemingly endless food options to all the fun shopping, and of course, the one-of-a-kind attractions! A Disneyland day (or days) is full of excitement, and having different ways to maximize your time in the theme parks is invaluable. A recent Disneyland mobile app update has added even more options to make the best of your days at The Happiest Place on Earth.

As Disney moves to make things more digital and touch-free, they are constantly adding more options to their app updates. Disneyland’s newest update has seen even more options being added to its mobile order options — which allows Guests to order the food they want from select restaurants, pay for it, and pick it up at a designated time without having to wait in a long line. Here is a list of all the new additions to Disneyland’s mobile ordering menu:

  • Lucky Fortune Cookery
  • Schmoozies!
  • Pacific Wharf Café
  • Hungry Bear Restaurant
  • Refreshment Center
  • Harbour Galley
  • Coffee House (located at Disneyland Hotel)

In addition to even more restaurants you can order from using only your phone, Disneyland is also offering a fun new souvenir that can also be mobile ordered from the popular watering hole, Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. Disney Parks Blog shared more information on the newest offering:

On Friday, July 30, souvenir mugs inspired by the world-famous Jungle Cruise attraction will be available for a limited time with this special Trader Sam’s Mug Release at the Disneyland Hotel. These uniquely designed mugs can only be purchased via mobile order from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. that day only on the Disneyland app, while supplies last. Snag a special edition mug (limit of one per transaction), the first edition mug (limit of 2 per transaction), or both!

If having so many more mobile ordering options wasn’t exciting enough, Disneyland has also added more mobile checkouts for certain shopping locations. Disneyland started testing out its mobile checkout with Guests shopping at World of Disney in Downtown Disney. Now, Guests can use mobile checkout while they shop at World of Disney, the Emporium at Disneyland, and Elias & Co. at Disney California Adventure Park.

To use the mobile checkout option, Guests shopping at the above locations can simply grab the items they would like, put them in a mobile shopping bag, and scan the item tags as you shop. Once you have all of the items you would like, you simply hit “Check Out”, pay with your preferred card, and bam, that’s it! Just show your QR code to a Cast Member when you leave, and you are good to go! How easy is that?

To take advantage of all of these exciting new additions to the Disneyland app, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app installed on your phone. Shopping and mobile ordering will also be extremely easy if you already have your preferred payment uploaded to the app as well.
