Disney has just released some amazing news regarding the return of incredible shows such as Wonderful World of Animation, and Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, not to mention Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor at Magic Kingdom and Turtle Talk with Crush at EPCOT, and it doesn’t stop there!

Walt Disney World is quickly preparing for the grand 50th celebration this October and as phased reopening resumes and more entertainment and Cast Members return, Disney has decided to replenish the entire month of October for theme Park reservations!

Theme Park Ticket Holders
According to the official Walt Disney World website, now Guests who were planning to visit Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom on Walt Disney World’s birthday can reserve a theme park reservation! Not only that, but the entire month of October is available! Keep in mind, this will not last long so make sure you book your dates as soon as possible.

Select Resort Hotels
This also reigns true for Select Resort Hotels! Now, Guests can make a Park Pass Reservation for the entire month of October for all four theme parks. As we have stated in the past, the best way to ensure this is to reserve Theme Park Reservations way ahead in advance and use resources and follow tips to avoid disappointment!

Annual Passholders
According to the website, the only theme Park that is booked for October 1 is Magic Kingdom which gives Guests an opportunity to visit EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Magic Kingdom is also booked for October 2 and 3.

Since Walt Disney World’s phased reopening in 2020, Disney implemented a system called the Disney Park Pass system. Keep in mind that Guests who are planning to visit for the 50th anniversary and beyond may have to get accustomed to this new system as it has been extended until 2023, which is pretty amazing since Walt Disney World’s 50th Celebration will last a total of 18 months!

Want to know how to book a Park Pass? As per the official Walt Disney World website:
To enter a theme park, you will need a park reservation and valid admission for that park—for each day you’d like to visit.
Before You Make a Purchase
Please check to see if your desired date and theme park is currently available before purchasing your ticket, Annual Pass or vacation package. Keep your reservation date preference in mind when selecting your ticket, Annual Pass or package. Different types of admission—such as tickets, Annual Passes or packages—may have different reservation date availability. See which hotels qualify as “Select Resort Hotels.”

After You Make a Purchase
Given the limited availability of park reservations, it is recommended that you make your theme park reservations immediately after purchasing your admission.
