If you are having issues with the Disney World website, you are not alone.
Walt Disney World’s website is currently experiencing technical difficulties. When we clicked on my current reservations through the My Disney Experience section on the website, and went to modify the current Resort hotel reservation, this is what showed up (below).

Within 10 minutes, we attempted to modify our reservation again and this time around, the website showed the reservation details correctly (below).

However, when we tried to modify the reservation currently booked once again, it brought us to a new webpage with junk code, which you can see below.

Additionally, the dining reservations are unavailable at this time, as seen in the screenshot below.
It is clear that the Walt Disney World website, specifically the reservations system, is experiencing technical difficulties. If you can wait to update and modify any reservations, please do so. If you need to get in touch with a Disney World Cast Member, we suggest trying to call although high volume may occur. Please be patient as the Cast Members are working as quickly as they can to accommodate every Guest.
