Now that more details have been revealed for Disney After Hours Boo Bash, the excitement for Halloween is really starting to seep in! Although the event will not be the same as Guests are used to with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, this will be the first After Hours event Disney is holding since the start of the pandemic and many offerings. It will still give Guests a unique park experience!
One of the best parts about any After Hours event at Walt Disney World is that the park is open much later than usual with fewer Guests, which means that those who purchased a ticket to the event will have the opportunity to hop on all of their favorite attractions. With Disney After Hours Boo Bash, we now know a little more about which attractions will be available to Guests, so let’s dive in!
Disney Parks Blog noted that there would be 20 attractions available for the event:
After the park closes to day guests, enjoy less time waiting in line for more than 20 attractions including Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Haunted Mansion attraction, Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan’s Flight, Space Mountain and more.
For reference, there are currently over 30 rides and attractions at Magic Kingdom so that Guests will have access to around two-thirds of the theme park’s usual offerings during the event. That being said, considering some attractions, such as the Walt Disney World Railroad, are currently closed, the number of attractions available will likely be similar to what day Guests experience.
It was not noted that any attractions would have an overlay, which we have seen during Halloween events with live actors at Pirates of the Caribbean and a villains-themed Space Mountain.
