To help bring a little bit of pixie dust for your day, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy are sending you are a virtual postcard from EPCOT!

If you have been missing Walt Disney World or had to skip your vacation we hope this lifts your spirit! Disney Parks Blog shared a special message from some of our favorite Disney characters who wanted to take you around EPCOT’s World Showcase and send you a virtual postcard.

We are going to dive into the adorable digital postcards, and give you an update on all of the new things happening at EPCOT.
Mickey says, “hiya pal” from the Canada pavilion:
Minnie says “Konnichiwa” from the Japan pavilion:
Goofy brings big laughs from the UK pavilion:
And lastly, Donald sends greetings from the Mexico pavilion, where you can find him meeting and greeting Guests daily, or you can catch him in the Grand Fiesta Boat Tour.

So what else is happening at EPCOT?
EPCOT is being completely refreshed ahead of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration which begins on October 1, 2021. A brand-new look will greet you as you enter the park, and you may notice a large show building in Future World which will eventually be the home of an all-new Marvel roller coaster called Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
A brand-new restaurant called Space 220 is gearing up to open and will transport Guests to space to enjoy a meal that is out of this world.
Opening on October 1, to coincide with the start of the 50th Anniversary celebrations at Walt Disney World, EPCOT will open an expansion of the France pavilion that will feature an all-new attraction! Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will shrink Guests down to the size of Remy and embark on a culinary adventure straight out of the film Ratatouille.
The World Showcase Lagoon will be home to two brand-new shows: one water show in the daytime, and one nighttime spectacular called HarmonioUS. We do not yet know when these shows will open, but Disney has been testing the special effect from the barges used in the show frequently so hopefully, these shows will debut soon.
With so many new experiences coming to EPCOT, we are looking forward to the future of this park.
