Have you ever hopped on your Disney bus, or stood in a long line to get through the Magic Kingdom Toll Plaza, only to realize you forgot your MagicBand or Disney Annual Pass at home? All of a sudden, what was meant to be an exciting day seems a lot more stressful as you try to navigate a solution so that you can enter a Disney World theme park.

Of course, Guests Services could be of assistance, but if you could skip that long line and head straight to The Haunted Mansion, wouldn’t you rather do that? Well, that is exactly what MagicMobile is allowing Guests to do!

Guests can now access their tickets on their phones, so if you prefer to leave that MagicBand or Annual Pass at home — or, you just want to ensure you have a backup option — the MagicMobile app is one more beneficial Disney offering. It has also brought Disney World well and truly into the 21st century, allowing Guests to keep all their tickets in their phone wallets, instead of physical ones.

When the service first launched, it worked on iPhones and Apple Watches only and Android users were still waiting for full access. Now, it seems that Disney fans with any Apple or Android mobile device can use MagicMobile! MagicMobile is now active on Android phones on the Guests My Disney Experience App.

As you can see below, fellow ITM Reporter Jenny Patterson was able to access MagicMobile on her Android device.

When Guests click on Disney MagicMobile, they will be directed to this page where Disney explains what the new offering is and how it will work. Guests will just need to add their Annual Passes or theme park tickets to their Google Pay wallet.

Reporter Scott Gustin (@ScottGustin) also took to Twitter with the announcement, but also noted something important for all Android users.

MagicMobile is now available on eligible Google Pay-enabled Android phones.

So, if you want to ensure MagicMobile works on your Android device, be sure that your phone is compatible with Google Pay. Guests must have a valid park admission and a Park Pass reservation linked to their account before entering the park. You can find more information on MagicMobile by clicking this link.

Do you plan on using MagicMobile on your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort?
