As of today, April 15, Disneyland ticket sales are live. That means that if you want to purchase tickets to visit Disneyland Resort on the reopening day of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, here is your chance to do so!

Remember: Tickets are currently only available for California residents. Disney has not yet stated when out-of-state fans can make reservations to visit the Disneyland Resort theme parks.
At around 6:30 a.m. Disneyland time (also known as PST!) the Disneyland Resort website launched a virtual queue before the virtual waiting room. Remember, Disney officially stated that ticket sales would officially go live no earlier than 8 a.m. So, those looking to purchase tickets have been watching the cartoon version of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad on their computer, phone, or tablet screens as they wait to be added to the official virtual queue and purchase tickets. Once added to the waiting room, you will be given an estimated wait time before being given the ability to purchase tickets and make theme park reservations.

This same system is being used to make reservations for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa — you will see the same screen if you attempt to make a reservation for the Grand Californian for April 29 or later. It is recommended for hopeful Guests to purchase tickets and make theme park reservations before making a hotel reservation, as a hotel stay does not guarantee access to the park.

As we have reported, a theme park ticket is not the only thing you need in order to enter Disneyland on opening day. Every Guest will need a valid theme park ticket as well as a valid reservation for the park (either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park). If you are purchasing tickets today, you will be prompted to make a theme park reservation during the ticket purchasing process.
