Luxury Billion Dollar Resort Breaks Ground Next to Disney World - Inside the Magic

Although there are many Disney World Resorts that can stun Guests with their massive looks and detail, off-property often has luxury options that can still leave you with a very magical experience.

Recently, we reported that a new residential space was being built right next to Walt Disney World with the cost estimated set over a billion dollars. Evermore Orlando Resort will give Guests the option to either stay in a private rental property type of accommodation or at an amenity-filled resort.

We don’t believe that renting a private house or staying at an amenity-packed resort should be an either/or proposition – so we’re building the best of both. Every element of Evermore is being designed to create an Orlando vacation oasis that feels uniquely stress-free from start to finish. Each accommodation is 100% owned, managed and operated by our singular onsite team, offering the unique hospitality, safety, cleanliness, privacy, amenities and general trip peace of mind that can often be a hit-or-miss reality with private home rental.

Evermore is a comprehensive redevelopment of the former Villas of Grand Cypress located adjacent to the Walt Disney World® Resort and only 10 miles from Universal Orlando™ Resort, SeaWorld® and the Orange County Convention Center. 

Now, it seems that one of the stunning resorts has finally broken ground on the Evermore property. According to CMW, the 10,000 room resort has begun its construction by beginning with Conrad Resort, a 433 room hotel that “will surround a 20-acre tropical beach complex and an 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons.” Conrad Orlando at Evermore will be managed by Hilton Management Services and will also include a “golf course and bay and a two-story Boathouse that will serve weddings and private events”.

The entire Evermore Orlando Resort complex will be interesting, and it will be an entirely new type of resort for Orlando because of the variety of high-end options that Guests can choose from, depending on if they want a private home or a resort room for their stay. Plus, because the location is directly across from Walt Disney World, and only minutes to Universal Orlando Resort, Guests will always be close to the fun action of the parks.

Christopher Kelsey, president of Dart Interests, the US realtor company that launched Evermore noted, “We are thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Conrad Orlando, coming one step closer to welcoming our first guests in summer 2023.”
