Star Wars fans have been anxiously awaiting the opening of the upcoming Walt Disney World Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel since the project was announced at the 2017 D23 Expo in Anaheim.
The new Star Wars hotel, which is set to open for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in 2021, has seen some major construction progress recently.
Today, Twitter user @bioreconstruct shared multiple images of the new Star Wars hotel site.

The first set of photos shows the full Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser property, including the road where Guests will presumably be dropped-off to “board” the Halcyon starship for their interstellar journey through the Galaxy.

The next photo shows some relatively close-up construction work, including what appears to be an outdoor balcony area for starship travelers. @bioreconstruct included the following information about the immersive Star Wars experience Guests can expect:
