If you grew up in the early 2000s and you’re a Disney fan (or a self-proclaimed musical theater nerd!), there’s no doubt you lived and breathed High School Musical for at least a year or two. The Disney Channel original movie debuted in 2006 and shot Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgeons, Corbin Bleu, and Ashley Tisdale to stardom.

Now, following the High School Musical reunion on The Disney Family Singalong, we don’t blame you if you’re ready to return to East High School. These two at-home High School Musical cardio workouts will have you yelling “Go Wildcats!” in no time.

The first Disney dance workout video is nearly 20 minutes long and features a mash-up of songs from High School Musical, High School Musical 2, and High School Musical 3.

Upbeat tunes like “Now or Never” and “What Time Is It” will get you grooving in your living room!

Part 2 of the High School Musical dance cardio workout series is slightly shorter at just over 12 minutes long. It features additional songs from the HSM franchise, including “Bet on It” and fan-favorite “I Want It All.”
