It looks as though yet another Disney Park is gearing up for reopening.
Disneyland Paris executives who were recently seen on property include CEO Natacha Rafalski, COO Daniel Delcourt, and VP of Parks Operations Marco Bernini. These photos, which were sent in from an inside source, show the executives as they were guided through the theme park as they discussed potential reopening procedures and protocols.
Though no statement has yet come from the Disneyland Paris executives, we expect them to follow the same protocols as Shanghai Disneyland, which just recently reopened its gates. These preventive measures and safety protocols include frequent cleaning, hand sanitizer readily available, temperature screenings, social distancing measures, and more.
Please keep in mind that Disneyland Paris has also not yet released any information regarding a reopening date for the theme park. Inside the Magic will continue to update you as we get new information.
This news comes after Hong Kong Disneyland was seen with protocols and preventive measures being set up including temperature screening tents and social distancing measures. Hong Kong Disneyland also recently tested character dining with social distancing protocols put into place, which you can read more about here. Please keep in mind, Hong Kong Disneyland has not yet announced a reopening date.
Shanghai Disneyland also recently opened its gates to the public on May 11, with preventive measures and safety protocols in place including temperature screening tents prior to entry, QR codes for entry, and social distancing measures within the theme park.
Disney Springs in Walt Disney World is also gearing up for a phased reopening, which will take place on May 20. But keep in mind that according to Disney’s official statement, only a limited number of shopping and dining experiences that are not owned or operated by Disney will be the ones to reopen on May 20 while following the guidance of government and health officials. Here is a complete list of everything confirmed to reopen on May 20 at Disney Springs.
