Any parent who has a little princess can understand the magic of seeing their daughter’s face light up the first time she walks through the gates of Disneyland.
Unfortunately for Abbie-Lee Brass and her daughter, Annalise, the temporary closure of Disneyland Paris meant that they couldn’t go on their dream vacation to the theme park.
Not to be deterred from giving her daughter a magical trip, Abbie recreated the European Disney Park at home with adorable results!
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic… our dream holiday to Disneyland paris was cancelled. So on the very day we were due to fly to Paris, we brought the magic of Disneyland to our home! ❤❤❤
Little Annalise’s smile upon seeing Disneyland Paris’s Sleeping Beauty Castle for the first time says it all! She was clearly elated with her Disney at home vacation.
Annalise even got to experience the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, every little girl’s dream, at home. Her parents provided her with a full collection of Disney Princess dresses to choose from, just like the real thing.
Here, Annalise poses with the Disneyland Paris castle after her Cinderella transformation!
During the family’s at-home Disney vacation, they even got to meet popular Disney Parks characters, like Olaf from Frozen!
Using her home television, Abbie even gave Annalise the opportunity to “ride” popular Disney Parks attractions, like the Slinky Dog Dash roller coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. We love these photos of the Disney at home experience!
Annalise even got to enjoy tried-and-true Disney Parks traditions, like a Mickey shaped snack during a parade down Main Street, U.S.A….
…and the grey stuff for dessert!
The family ended their at-home Disney vacation with Disney World’s Happily Ever After fireworks spectacular.
Although we’re sure this isn’t the Disney vacation Annalise and her family had imagined, we love the effort that went into making the experience special for the little girl, who clearly still had an absolutely magical day!
We hope Annalise and her parents get to visit the real Disneyland Paris (and maybe the incredible Disneyland Paris Hotel) very soon!
More Disney at Home Recreations
Abbie-Lee Brass and her family aren’t the only Disney fans who have been recreating Disney Parks attractions (and entire vacations!) during the worldwide Disney theme parks closure.
This Instagram user chronicled an entire week-long Walt Disney World vacation from the comfort of her home.
We also love this family whose Disney Cruise Line trip was cancelled, so they made the best of the situation and set sail without ever leaving the house.
What do you think about Annalise’s at home Disneyland Paris vacation? Have you and your family recreated your favorite Disney Parks experiences lately? Tell us in the comments!
