During these unfortunate times, it is hard to stay positive and moving forward. But, Disney Parks always has our backs and is always there for us when we need them most.

Today, Disney emailed Annual Passholders a beautiful and heartfelt message during the temporary park closures, reminding us that this isn’t goodbye — It’s see ya real soon!

The Walt Disney World Resort email read:

Dear Annual Passholder,

As some of our biggest fans and most loyal Guests, we just wanted to say thank you. For being part of our world. For being there for each other. And for staying strong during this unprecedented time.

Together, we’ve laughed, sang and celebrated…screamed, ooh-ed and ahh-ed. We’ve traveled the world, journeyed under the sea and adventured to a galaxy far, far away. And boy are we far from done.

Rest assured the Disney magic is here to stay and, when the time is right, it will be here waiting for you once again. And it’ll carry more meaning than it ever has before.

So until we can welcome you back to your happy place, stay home, be safe and keep dreaming.

Sincerely,

Your Walt Disney Word Resort Family

Disney recently notified its annual passholders via email regarding refunds and waived fees on the passes during the temporary park closures.

Unfortunately at this time, we still do not yet have an opening date for the Disney theme parks in the U.S. — both Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA, and Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL.

Inside the Magic will continue to update our website as more information becomes available regarding how Disney is handling annual passes during park closures.

We know The Walt Disney Company is doing everything they can to keep their guests’, Cast Members’ and crew members safety in mind and as their number 1 priority during this unfortunate time. We want to remind everyone to please stay home and stay safe. Take all of the safety precautions and follow the CDC guidelines, including social distancing, remaining six feet apart from others, covering your mouth when sneezing or coughing, wiping down doorknobs and door handles, and washing your hands.
