The Chocolate Workshop Presented by The Ganachery
The Ganachery, an exquisite chocolate shop located in Disney Springs, will soon be offering an all-new experience at the newly opened Disney’s Riviera Resort. If you’re unfamiliar with The Ganachery, the chocolatier creates delicious (and beautiful) chocolate treats that are a must-try. Everything is handcrafted, which is why we are so excited that now, Disney World guests will get to learn all about the artistry of chocolate and even make their own Ganachery treat.

Come discover the delights of chocolate – nature’s most beautiful ingredient! This hands-on chocolate workshop hosted at the new Disney’s Riviera Resort will give guests a taste of The Ganachery, a specialty chocolate shop located in Disney Springs. Participants will learn from an expert Chef Chocolatier from The Ganachery how to properly taste chocolate, observe a demonstration on how ganache is made and create their very own chocolate truffle pops. Starting in March, the workshops will take place on Sundays at 11 a.m. at Disney’s Riviera Resort. Classes are $60/person (plus tax).

Disney also announced that other enchanting extras that will be available this spring and summer at Disney World. These include Mermaid School at several Disney Resort hotels, Crockett’s Craft Corner at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Walt Disney World Resort Fun Runs at several hotels on property, Captain Hook’s Pirate Crew at Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
