The Ganachery opened in The Landing area of Disney Springs on Tuesday of this week. Featuring 16 different ganaches made in house, this experience is sure to leave guests with a refined palate for chocolate, as well as with a few treats in hand.
Disney Pastry Chef Stefan Riemer describes what guests will experience as they visit The Ganachery. His personal favorite at the shop is the Chipotle Pepper ganache that is dark chocolate that features a hint of Mexican Red Pepper.

When guests walk in, they are greeted by a friendly expert chocolatier. Guests can walk through the shop while viewing experts mixing, decorating, and dressing each piece of artisan chocolate. This store front is an intimate space with room for 20 guests at a time.
Disney Imagineers designed the copper cookware lighting that hangs in the shop. Copper pots and kettles are an important aspect of the art of chocolate making.
