Frozen 2 is by far one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2019, and rightfully so. The first film was wildly successful, the second might be Disney’s best sequel yet, and fans around the world have been gearing up for the return of Elsa and Anna since we first heard “Let It Go.” And now that a Frozen 2 event is coming to New York City, we’re even more excited to celebrate our favorite Disney heroines.
Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City has teamed up with Disney for some amazing Frozen 2 experiences perfect for fans of all ages. There will be a gorgeous window display inspired by the film, with colors and themes that fans will recognize from the trailer (and from the movie, too, since the Saks display and event takes place after Frozen 2 has already hit theaters). You’ll feel just like you’ve journeyed from Arendelle to the Enchanted Forest when you visit Saks!
The store will host an event on November 25 for the unveiling of the Frozen 2 window display. And even though we’re definitely excited that guests will get the opportunity to see the gorgeous display in person, what’s even more exciting is the extra special guest: Idina Menzel herself, the voice of Elsa!
That’s right: the voice of Elsa will be performing on November 25 at the Saks Fifth Avenue Frozen 2 event. And if you’re the biggest Frozen fan (and you can’t wait to hear the full version of “Into the Unknown” and Elsa’s other highly anticipated tune in the upcoming movie) then you’ve got to head to Saks Fifth Avenue to hear the real life snow queen, Idina Menzel, perform live.
In addition to the premiere event on November 25, the store will include a Frozen 2 experience from November 26 through December 24. Visitors will feel transported into the Enchanted Forest just like Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf visit in the movie. They will experience the four thematic elements within the film (earth, fire, wind, and water), and they may even encounter some of their favorite friends. There will also be exclusive Frozen 2 merchandise available for purchase.
