It’s a wonderful world of color at Disneyland Resort this season! Dessert fanatics and rainbow enthusiasts alike can delight in the limited-time rainbow sweets and merchandise available now at Disneyland Resort. World of Color may be under refurbishment this year, but that doesn’t have to stop you from living your rainbow dreams Disney style with these rainbow goodies. Here is your guide to everything rainbow available at Disneyland and California Adventure this season.
Rainbow Merchandise
Let’s start with merchandise. With 2018 coming to a close, be sure to pick up your annual Disneyland tee, like this brightly colored rainbow addition of the 2018 shirts. Available in youth and adult sizes, your whole family can be decked out in rainbow together. Also available are the rainbow Mickey ear hats and Minnie ear headbands. These are the perfect way to add some color to any Disney park style. You can even purchase a rainbow Mickey Mouse pin for your lanyard or a rainbow keychain, as well. The rainbow tumbler cup is perhaps the best way to showcase your rainbow style. Use it in the parks or in your everyday life, because this cup is sure to brighten up any day of the year.
The Cotton Candy Spirit Jersey is also available at Disneyland Resort! This spirit jersey is a great addition to any wardrobe, and the rainbow glitter text and tie-dye style will let you showcase your personal style and love for rainbow in any season. This is available at the clothing retailers in Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney.

Rainbow Cake
Starting off the rainbow-colored lineup is perhaps the most decadent and bright of all the available treats, the rainbow cake! This layered multicolored cake is available at both Disneyland and California Adventure at the following locations: Plaza Inn, Pacific Wharf Café, Flo’s V8 Café, and Paradise Garden Grill. This cake is baked with seven rainbow layers of cake and white chocolate mousse, frosted white, coated with rainbow sprinkles (because you can’t have enough rainbow!) and topped with a chocolate Mickey Mouse. Snag a slice before it’s gone!
Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich
Next up in our decadent dessert lineup is the more subtly colored (but still totally rainbow and fun) ice cream cookie sandwich. With rainbow sprinkles and a chocolate coating, this sandwich is a delicious option for any ice cream lover. This sandwich is only available in California Adventure at Clarabelle’s Hand-Scooped Ice Cream, so don’t miss out!
Rainbow Cereal-Topped Desserts
California Adventure also exclusively offers three different desserts topped with rainbow cereal. At Award Wieners, you can find some delectable funnel cake fries (which have been a crowd pleaser among Disneyland Resort guests this year) topped with condensed milk, whipped cream, sprinkles, and those photo-worthy rainbow cereal pieces. This may not be the sweetest of all the rainbow desserts, but it’s definitely worth a try.
Also in California Adventure, at Schmoozies guests can try a Rainbow Rock Shake topped with rainbow cereal. And if you head over to Radiator Springs in Cars Land, the Cozy Cone Motel will top any soft serve ice cream cone with rainbow cereal upon request. Ka-chow!
Rainbow Cookie
Let’s face it: you can never go wrong with a classic Disney cookie. This colorful striped cookie will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you your rainbow fix. And with that edible Mickey Mouse, what’s not to love? You can find this at Disneyland and California Adventure at many different dessert locations, so it’ll be hard to miss. At Disneyland, you can buy this sandwich at Jolly Holiday Bakery Café, Plaza Inn, Market House, Coffee Cart near Central Plaza, Alien Pizza Planet, Galactic Grill, and Hungry Bear Restaurant. At California Adventure park, you’ll find it at Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Café, Pacific Wharf Café, Corn Dog Castle, and Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta.
World of Color Crispy Treat
Rounding out our list is the rainbow-striped World of Color Crispy Treat. All of these Disney desserts are photo worthy, but the Mickey-shaped crispy treat deserves a standing ovation for its timeless cuteness and deliciousness. This treat is dusted with rainbow sugar and coated in a layer of icing, and its portability allows for this rainbow snack to be taken on the go from park to park and attraction to attraction. The World of Color Crispy Treat is available at both Disneyland and California Adventure, as well as Downtown Disney, at the following locations: Candy Palace, Pooh Corner, Trolley Treats, Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff, and Marceline’s Confectionary.
