Walt Disney World is home to some of the world’s most cherished and iconic theme park rides and attractions of all time. Roller coasters like Space Mountain and dark rides like Pirates of the Caribbean have entertained guests for decades, though this isn’t to say the resort hasn’t been modernized over time.
Newer additions like Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and TRON Lightcycle / Run have changed the way Walt Disney World both looks and feels, each delivering a new kind of thrill and level of immersion.
The fun and magic don’t just end with rides, however. Disney World offers dozens of incredible places to grab a small bite to eat or wind down with a full three-course meal.
Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios certainly have their own robust list of eateries, but EPCOT is often heralded as the go-to place for foodies in Disney World.

EPCOT is unique in that some of its restaurants are tailored more toward adults than the other three parks. The best example of this is Monsieur Paul. Named after renowned French Chef Paul Bocuse, this restaurant can be found in the France Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, right above another French eatery, Les Chefs de France.
Monsieur Paul is one of EPCOT’s most exclusive and sought-after dining experiences, though guests traveling with young children should be aware that there is a strict age limit.
Monsieur Paul requires patrons to be at least 10 years of age. Diners are also expected to follow a dress code. Guests should plan to “dress accordingly in attire that adheres to the restaurant’s sophisticated and upscale aesthetic. Clothing should be clean, neat, and in good condition.”
These rules are in place to ensure that Monsieur Paul retains its upscale and sophisticated atmosphere.
While this may disrupt your plans, it does help Monsieur Paul stand out among the other restaurants at the resort and create an experience unlike any other.
Age limits are quite rare for Walt Disney World. However, this French restaurant is not the only EPCOT location to boast an age limit. Guests are required to be at least eight years old to dine at Takumi-Tei.
EPCOT’s newest venue, Geo-82, requires guests to be 21 years and older to enter.
