Things are constantly changing at the Disney parks, and as such, it’s imperative that guests are prepared for the unexpected. Whether it be ride closures or changes in operating hours, it’s crucial that guests stay up-to-date and informed well before their Disney vacation actually begins.
Disneyland’s recent announcement regarding Oga’s Cantina is a great example of this. The Star Wars-themed bar will no longer accept reservations. Instead, guests will simply join a regular walk-up queue.
Other changes are happening across Disney’s theme park resorts, including Disneyland Paris, which recently announced that changes are coming to a popular parade.

Disneyland Paris has confirmed a new hiatus for its Disney Stars on Parade. The show will take a brief break starting November 8, 2025, through January 6, 2026, to make way for the Disney Enchanted Christmas festivities.
Christmas is a big time of the year for Disney, and as such, the theme parks get holiday makeovers, with Disneyland Paris being no different. However, guests expecting to catch the colorful Stars on Parade floats will be out of luck until next year.
Disney Stars on Parade has been around since 2017 and has become a fan favorite of the resort. The parade begins its route in Fantasyland and eventually makes its way to Main Street, U.S.A.
Disneyland Paris’ Christmas parade will transform the park into a fairy tale. Guests will be able to catch the parade during both the day and night, with the festive floats illuminated by thousands of LEDs.
Main Street U.S.A. will be adorned with a 24-meter-tall Christmas tree to ring in the holiday season.

The Disneyland Paris Resort originally opened in 1992, though under a different name: Euro Disney. This name was eventually changed to the one fans know today. This is hardly the only change the resort has seen over the years, with Disneyland Paris Resort now featuring two theme parks, seven Disney-owned hotels, and a variety of other amenities.
Like Disneyland’s Downtown Disney and Disney World’s Disney Springs, Disneyland Paris also has its own outdoor shopping and dining center called Disney Village. This bustling hub offers a ton in the way of entertainment, nightlife, and themed entertainment.
Of course, the main draw of Disneyland Paris is the rides themselves, and while Disney’s European resort is relatively light on attractions, what is here is quite fun. Alongside classics like Pirates of the Caribbean and “it’s a small world,” Disneyland Paris features a number of original experiences only found at the resort.
These include Crush’s Coaster, a family thrill ride inspired by Pixar’s Finding Nemo (2003), as well as its own spin on Haunted Mansion called Phantom Manor.
