This year’s Food & Wine Classic features a record-breaking 45 dishes, showcasing the diverse culinary expertise from the resort’s renowned restaurants. Guests can delight in new menu items such as:

Baja Style Fish Taco: A tasty offering from Rosa Mexicano, featuring shaved cabbage, pico de gallo, and a rich white sauce.

Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib: Provided by Il Mulino, this dish comes with buttery potato gnocchi and a flavorful mushroom purée.
Korean “No Mayo” Salad: From Cabana Bar and Beach Club, this refreshing salad includes rice noodles and kimchi, among other crisp ingredients.
Hand-Made Harissa Spiced Lamb Sausage: A dish from Amare accompanied by bulgar wheat and smoked yogurt.
Slow Roasted Pernil: A special to the For the Love of Florida area, featuring marinated pork served with rice and sweet plantains.
