Guests can pay €15 ($16.22) to reserve their seats during the show. This new reservation system aims to make visiting the theme parks easier for guests and is part of the resort’s “ongoing commitment to offering our guests the opportunity to optimize their experience and plan their day in advance.”
Depending on its popularity, it’s possible guests will see this new “Secure Your Seat” system make its way to other live shows across the theme parks.
This new system aligns with Disney’s efforts to increase spending inside its theme parks. In 2021, the company unveiled its paid line-skipping tool, Disney Genie+. This service replaced Disney’s free system, FastPass+, and has since been replaced with an entirely new system simply called Lightning Lane.

Much like Walt Disney World’s live sing-along show based on the original Frozen film, the Disneyland Paris Resort features its own spin on the Frozen brand.
This stunning show combines various fun elements for guests to enjoy, including singing, dancing, and breathtaking performances from Disney cast members.
Frozen: A Musical Invitation underwent a lengthy refurbishment that began earlier this year. The attraction closed to guests in May and reopened on July 1, 2024. Implementing this new seat reservation process was likely a big part of this renovation.
“Be prepared to unleash the magic that lies within you on an enchanting Frozen journey that takes you to Kristoff’s barn,” Disney says, describing the attraction. “Along the way, you’ll join Sven and Kristoff for a rendition of a classic reindeer tribute. Master Anna’s magical dance moves in time to surprise Elsa in her Ice Palace during a joyful rendition of Let It Go.”

Disney’s Frozen brand is well represented across its theme parks, especially at Walt Disney World, which features several attractions and activities based on the popular animated movie franchise.
Frozen Ever After, a dark ride located in EPCOT invites guests to embark on an exciting journey with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. The ride takes guests through the events of the first film and is one of Disney World’s most popular attractions.
First released in 2013, Frozen quickly became one of Disney’s most successful films of all time due to its excellent cast, memorable songs, and stunning animation style.
