Those looking to spend one night at Walt Disney World rejoice!
Recently, we reported that Guests looking to book a one-night stay at any of Walt Disney World’s Resorts across the property. Now, when looking at bookable dates on the Resorts calendar, that seemingly random and arbitrary restriction has been lifted, allowing Guests the ability to book a one-night stay again.
From October 14 through December 5, Walt Disney World did not offer the ability to book one-night reservations at any of their Resorts. There was no explanation for this restriction on the website, leaving many to speculate. See the screenshot below for an example:
Now when looking at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, a one-night stay is readily available to book. Note that, although this restriction on one-night stays has been lifted, it still applies to special Holiday dates like Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and January 8.
Staying on-property at Walt Disney World can be a magically-fun time with all hotels offering amazing entertainment and dining options. Disney’s Pop Century Resort is a great, cheaper alternative for those wishing to stay as close to the Parks as possible while still on a budget.
A great place for those younger Guests is Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Themed to all of your favorite animated Disney and Pixar films like Finding Nemo (2003), The Lion King (1994), and Cars (2006), Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a bright and fun place to take the whole family.
