For those looking for fun picture-taking opportunities while visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays, be sure to track down a Disney PhotoPass Photographer or two to capture the magic of Disney World during the most wonderful time of the year.
Visiting Walt Disney World during the holidays is so much fun, with special food, merch, and experiences everywhere you look. Taking all your festive photos is a way to have a lot more fun while at Walt Disney World, and there are a ton of unique options to keep things fresh and creative. First off, Disney is offering some holiday-inspired Magic Shots. Magic Shots are photos taken of your party with all sorts of Disney elements magically placed in your photo. These are fun for the whole family and can include characters such like Sven from Disney Pixar’s Frozen (2013), the mischievous chipmunks’ Chip and Dale, or even presents seemingly left by Mickey Mouse himself.
If you’re more of a shopper than you are a thrill-seeker, do not fret, there are many festive photo opportunities outside of the parks too. If you are shopping for gifts at Disney Springs, there are a multitude of fun ways to photograph the holidays. Looking for Santa? After entering a virtual queue, He can be found at Once Upon a Toy, where a Disney PhotoPass photographer will be waiting to capture the moment (Disney states that masks are required as well as physical distancing). For a more high-tech experience, head over to the Disney PhotoPass Studio located in the Marketplace to take advantage of some really cool virtual backdrops.
Disney Parks says there’s nothing better than the magic of Disney and the holidays, and their photographers are ready to capture it for you.
