Just a couple of days ago, Disney sent some fans spinning when they noticed that hours for the popular Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade were no longer listed after November 27. The Walt Disney World operations calendar only went through December 11 and the hours remained unlisted, so many thought that Disney was permanently closing the attraction. Many Guests were upset, as they loved to experience the classic arcade during their vacations.
However, it seems that the Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade is not closing after all and the hours not being listed on the Walt Disney World website were due to a glitch and not because the Shootin’ Arcade is closing. Disney officials confirmed the glitch in its system with CinemBlend when they confirmed that the Shootin’ Arcade would remain open.
Guests visiting the Walt Disney World website will now be able to see that the Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade will be open daily from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. or 9 p.m., depending on the day. The Disney World Operations calendar currently runs through December 12. Guests can check the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app if they are looking to confirm the hours of the Arcade for a specific date.
