More Shops and Restaurants Announced For Disney’s Flamingo Crossings

More shops and restaurants have just been announced for Disney’s newest center, Flamingo Crossings, including a Starbucks and Hash House a Go Go.

Flamingo Crossings is a brand new center just outside of the gates of Walt Disney World. This new center includes housing for the Disney College Program participants, other apartments and hotels, restaurants, and stores.

Flamingo Crossings Village, which is the new housing facility for Disney College Program participants, is currently open. Many hotels at Flamingo Crossings are also open for Guests looking to stay close to Walt Disney World, as Flamingo Crossings is only a five-minute drive or less from the entrance gates of Walt Disney World.

Now, according to a report from the Orlando Business Journal, more shops and retailers have been confirmed to move into Flamingo Crossings.

The 200,000-square-foot Flamingo Crossings shopping center — a Disney master-planned development on the west side of the theme park resort — has revealed eight additional restaurants and retailers who will be tenants there.

Those added to the growing list include:

Hash House a Go Go
Lime Fresh Mexican Grill
Nick Filet
Ovation Bistro & Bar
Pita Mediterranean Street Food
Starbucks
Simply Capri

Flamingo Crossings is created by Disney, but it will not be competition for the likes of Disney Springs. The appeal of Flamingo Crossings will be to those living close to the center, including Disney College Program students. The large list of offerings makes Flamingo Crossings one of the most appealing off-property places to stay for your Disney World vacation.

Another center similar to Flamingo Crossings is coming to the Orlando area. O-Town West is situated between both Walt Disney World and the Universal Orlando Resort. O-Town West will also feature shops and restaurants. You can read more details about O-Town West here.
