When Guests visit Universal Orlando Resort, a lot of the time, Team Members are the ones making Guests day a little more special each visit. Sometimes, however, Guests can give other Guests that same feeling!
There is always a chance that another Guest in the Park will notice when someone else is in need, instead of waiting for someone else to notice. Recently, on a trip to Universal Orlando Resort, Hayley C. was enjoying herself in the parks (Universal Studios Florida/Islands of Adventure) on a rainy day, alongside her service dog.

While heading back to her parking garage, her mobility scooter underwent technical difficulties. Hayley is unsure exactly what went wrong, as the rain may have caused an issue. She did not have a charger on her, so she began pushing the scooter through CityWalk. Hayley was experiencing pain pushing the scooter on her own, and when one Guest saw her pushing it alone, she joined in. The woman helped Hayley push it all the way to her car. Without that help, the pain Hayley was in would have been far greater!

Just wanted to share an amazing experience yesterday!
My service dog and I were at the parks, had a great afternoon in the rain. However, when I hit Starbucks on my way back to the garage, my mobility scooters battery died. We think something with the rain shorted it (could have been an issue with the power gauge).I spent 20 minutes pushing it from Starbucks to the middle of the first walkway, and was in quite a bit of pain.This an amazing woman came running over, and helped me push it all the way to my vehicleit’s was an act of kindness that so beautiful.By the time we got to my vehicle I was limping and In so much pain, but imagine how it would have been if I was pushing by myself the entire way!(From now on, I’ll be packing a charger just In case)
