‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Resort is making yet another change to its dinner menu. In fact, the original ‘Ohana dinner menu offerings are now back!
This means no more shrimp casserole, sausage, or biscuits, though, it will keep the all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style skillet service.

When ‘Ohana reopened to Guests, the dinner skillet included all-you-care-to-enjoy platters filled with roasted chicken, sausage, shrimp casserole, and more. Per Disney Parks Blog:
The ‘Ohana dinner features all-you-care-to-enjoy platters of grilled beef steak, roasted chicken, sausage, and island shrimp casserole served with fried rice and roasted broccolini. And yes, ‘Ohana pot stickers, crispy soy chicken wings, and the signature ‘Ohana bread pudding served warm with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream are back! Yippee!
After Disney fans noticed the iconic noodles were missing from the menu, Disney decided to update its platter to include the noodles. But now, it seems that ‘Ohana is making another significant change to its dinner menu.
Now, according to the Walt Disney World website, the ‘Ohana dinner skillet includes peel and eat shrimp instead of shrimp casserole and grilled chicken instead of roasted chicken. Also noticeably missing is the sausage. Per the Disney World website:
Wood-fire Grilled Teriyaki Beef*, Spicy Peel-n-Eat Shrimp, Grilled Chicken with Polynesian-inspired Chimichurri Sauce, ‘Ohana Noodles, Roasted Broccolini
The full dinner menu, which is the same menu ‘Ohana offered prior to the temporary closure, is as follows:
- Mixed Greens Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette
- Signature ‘Ohana Bread with Honey Butter
- Honey-Coriander Chicken Wings
- Pork Dumplings Tossed In Garlic-Chili Sauce
- ‘Ohana Dinner Skillet
- Wood-fire Grilled Teriyaki Beef*, Spicy Peel-n-Eat Shrimp, Grilled Chicken with Polynesian-inspired Chimichurri Sauce, ‘Ohana Noodles, Roasted Broccolini
