At Disney World, when August rolls around, Guests are typically used to getting in the Halloween spirit, even if the temperature is over 100 degrees every day. This is because Disney World always begins its Halloween festivities in August, leaving Halloween to be a three-month celebration, even longer than Christmas!

Although Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will not be happening this year, the Boo Bash After Hours event at Magic Kingdom will take its place and begin in a few days on August 10. With the After Hours event only a few days away, Disney has already started to turn Magic Kingdom into a fall wonderland. It seems that Halloween merchandise is also becoming available.
