Guests are always eager to climb aboard the train and venture up into Mount Everest. However, as many of you know, the ride is soon interrupted when riders are stopped dead in their (broken) tracks.
Well, some Guests were in for a unique experience when they reached the top of the mountain and realized that those iconic broken tracks were… missing!

One TikTok user, bvrystll, reshared a video from another TikTok user, brendamelendez59, which shows Guests riding Expedition Everest with the iconic broken tracks completely gone!
In the video, you see the words “That one time Expedition Everest removed the end of the track” pop up on the screen as riders approach this part of the ride. The coaster then comes to a dead stop at the end of the track, which is typically where Guests are met with those broken tracks caused by the yeti.
However, this time around, those riders in the front row got an incredible view as the broken tracks were missing!

Typically, this view is blocked mostly by the broken track, and you are so fixated on that iconic element of the ride that looking out at the rest of Disney World property tends to get missed. However, without the broken track blocking the view, you can really take in just how high up you are and how incredible that view is.

After a steep ascent, your train picks up speed and races into the darkness. Without warning, a broken and twisted track appears in front of you. Brace yourself as you plummet backward into total darkness. Inside the cavern, the mythical tale comes true as you see the shadow of a massive, growling beast!
