This month, Disney Cruise Line set off for a magical staycation adventure in the U.K. on the Disney Magic called Disney Magic at Sea!
Although Disney Cruise Line has decided to postpone the Disney Dream test cruise out of Port Canaveral, Transport Canada has been working closely with the United States government stating cruises including Disney Wonder will be able to set sail once again.

According to Disney Cruise Line Blog, Canada is lifting the ban as of November 1, 2021, after seeing positive improvement with reduced Covid cases, allowing Disney Cruise Line’s ship, Disney Wonder to depart from Vancouver (British Columbia) port as of 2022.
Having cruise ships return allows 30,000 jobs to reinstate to Canada along with reviving tourism and more than $4 billion dollars back into the industry! This will also allow Disney Cruise Line to rehire more Cast Members back onto the Disney Wonder! So what’s happening with Disney Cruise Line in the United States?

As of now, Disney Cruise Lines have been put on hold as we are still crossing our fingers that they will resume sailing this year. The good news is that Disney is showering cruise line fans with tons of amazing offers for 2022 including Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime Cruises!

What’s more exciting? How about a brand-new ship coming June 9, 2022! The Disney Wish which is named the Triton Class will be the biggest DLC ship yet, including an Adult only Star Wars-inspired bar, the first-ever Disney attraction at sea, the AquaMouse, and brand new rotational dining experiences!

While we wait patiently and keep our fingers crossed in hopes that Disney will announce more information regarding resuming the test cruise and allowing Guests to safely travel this year, it doesn’t hurt to window-shop. Check out all that Disney Cruise Line offers, with an array of worldwide destinations to visit including the Bahamas, Mexico, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, and more.
