Later this year, Disney’s Contemporary Resort will host Destination D23 202, which is a live event celebrating 50 years of the Walt Disney World Resort and more. Tickets for the event went on sale today at 1 p.m. EST/10 a.m. PT, but within just 20 minutes — the event was officially sold out!
When looking at the Destination D23 event on the D23 website, we noticed that tickets were no longer available and the event has since sold out.
We visited the website at approximately 1:20 p.m. EST/10:20 a.m. PT — just 20 minutes after tickets went on sale — and noticed that tickets were no longer available as the event completely sold out. Per the D23 website:

The good news is that even if you did not snag tickets to Destination D23, the event will be live-streamed on D23’s official website as well as on D23’s social media channels. Per the website:

Destination D23 2021 will take place at Disney’s Contemporary Resort from Friday, November 19 through Sunday, November 21. Please keep in mind that Destination D23 2021 is different from the D23 Expo, which will take place in 2022.
