The fact that post-production on Loki only recently wrapped may be surprising to you as the series is already two episodes deep. However, the series has already showcased a great deal of jaw-dropping visual effects, and creating those eye-pleasing illusions takes time.

And that’s a wrap on #loki with our finale now gone to @disneyplus !!! I can’t believe I finished this show sat at my parents kitchen table, the same table where I put my pitch together nearly two years ago. Thank you @MarvelStudios for changing my life and to our wonderful team

Loki is a mysterious feast for the eyes as stunning visuals combine with complex storytelling to create a new world for the MCU. Starring Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, Loki dives into the complex theories of time. Here is how Marvel describes Loki:

In Marvel Studios’ “Loki,” the mercurial villain Loki (Tom Hiddleston) resumes his role as the God of Mischief in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.” Kate Herron directs and Michael Waldron is head writer. Debuts on Disney+ in June 9, 2021.

I will not give any spoilers, but given that episode three is set to come out this Wednesday, June 23, you have plenty of time to catch up on the series and join in on Marvel’s latest big hit. You do not need to watch the previous Marvel Studios series on Disney+ , WandaVision, or The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, to understand the storyline of Loki – but I highly recommend those as well.
