The Disneyland Resort has rolled out a brand-new food service for those staying at a Disney hotel, and WOW, this one is a game-changer!
Here is how you can get food from your favorite Downtown Disney restaurants delivered right to your hotel.
Since the Disney-owned hotels began reopening at the Disneyland Resort, a brand-new food delivery option has appeared for Guests. Currently, both the Grand Californian and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel are open. The Disneyland Hotel is set to reopen on July 2.
Disney took to their TikTok to share this new food delivery option with their fans. This service is FREE and only available if you are staying at one of the hotels owned and operated by Disney (in this case, at Disneyland Resort, the three on-property hotels ate Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and the Disneyland Hotel). Simply scan a QR code on the TV in your room, order your food, and you can pick the food up from the lobby of your hotel once the food arrives.
This is a great option for dining for a few reasons. One, if you cannot score a dining reservation at Downtown Disney, you will still be able to enjoy the food from your favorite restaurant! Also, if you are simply tired from a full day of enjoying the theme parks, this delivery service allows you to still enjoy a nice dinner from the comfort of your room.
The best part about this food delivery service is that it is completely free. There is no charge for the delivery of the food to your hotel, which makes it a step above DoorDash or other food delivery services you may have utilized during previous hotel stays at Disneyland.
This is a fantastic option and one that we hope comes to Walt Disney World hotels that are close to Disney Springs.
Disneyland has officially reopened, and you can enjoy the brand new Avengers Campus on your next visit to Disney California Adventure.
Before you head to the Disneyland Resort remember that in order to enter Disney California Adventure or Disneyland you will need an advanced online reservation. You do not however need a reservation to enter Downtown Disney, making it the perfect place to get a little pixie dust in your day if you are not able to snag a reservation.
