In Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, the beloved snowman — voiced by Josh Gad — spends the entire television special searching for the perfect holiday tradition for him, Elsa (Idina Menzel), and Anna (Kristen Bell).
Now, EPCOT is bringing Olaf’s hunt for holiday traditions to life with the Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition scavenger hunt.
The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays begins today, November 27, and runs through December 30. Although the experience will be more limited than usual this year due to the pandemic — there is no Candlelight Processional, for example — there is still plenty of magic to behold!
The new Olaf scavenger hunt is just one example of how Disney Parks officials have infused pixie dust into what could have been a rather drab Christmastime in 2020 — here, we take a look at just how fun the new interactive Frozen experience is for all ages!
Disney Parks Blog shared these details about the seasonal activity:
To share holiday traditions from around the world, everyone’s favorite snowman from Frozen invites kids of all ages on the new “Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition,” a festive adventure around World Showcase to round up holiday traditions Olaf misplaces. You can purchase the expedition map at Mouse Gear, Disney Traders or World Traveler at International Gateway, then look for hidden Olafs throughout the World Showcase pavilions. Once you find them all, you’ll receive a gift worth melting for (while supplies last).
