Columbia Harbour House is one of the most popular quick-service locations at Magic Kingdom. Known for the famous lobster rolls, fried shrimps, and chicken nuggets, Columbia Harbour House almost always has a line out the door.
The unfortunate news is that ever since the theme park reopened to Guests in July, Columbia Harbour House, located in Liberty Square, remained closed. However, signs are now pointing that the restaurant could be gearing up for reopening!

A new permit, which can be viewed here, has been filed for the same address as Columbia Harbour House located inside the Magic Kingdom for “General Construction”. Though the permit doesn’t go into much detail, this could be for installation of safety precautions, such as plexiglass dividers, which is exactly what the other recently reopened quick-service restaurants did.
This isn’t the only recently filed permit for this location — In fact, back in early October, we reported there to be another permit filed for “General Construction” as well, which you can read more about here.
If you are missing the food at Columbia Harbour House, there is still a way you can enjoy lobster rolls or fried shrimp while the quick service location remains closed. We recently reported that the Columbia Harbour House menu will be served for lunch at Tomorrowland Terrace! You can read more about exactly which offerings will be available here.
If you never had the chance to dine at Columbia Harbour House inside Magic Kingdom, the official Disney description reads:
Reel in fried fish, shrimp or chicken baskets, lobster rolls, New England clam chowder, grilled salmon and salads. Kids can enjoy macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets and more. Top off your meal with yogurt and fountain drinks.
