Yesterday during the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, Disney+ released a first teaser trailer for Marvel’s WandaVision. The series has seemingly kept its original end of 2020 premiere date. WandaVision even suffered production setbacks due to the ongoing pandemic much like other Disney+ projects. The debut of the series has been believed to be set for December of this year. However, WandaVision could be coming to fans’ screens sooner than anticipated.

When Could Fans Expect WandaVision?

Disney+’s WandaVision could be reaching viewers as soon as November! According to ComicBook.com, we are learning that the Disney+ programming code for the series is showing a Marvel Studios release date for November 27th of this year.

Although this is not confirmed, it seems pretty possible considering the way this information was found. Thanks to Murphy’s Multiverse, there is data on each Marvel show and movie page that has a list of release dates that are set by Marvel. When this information was cross referenced, the November date showed up. This date could be possible, because the same method was used to locate The Mandalorian second season premiere date that was recently confirmed by Disney+.

However, it’s important to remember that no such date has been confirmed by Marvel or Disney+.

What We Know About the Series

The upcoming WandaVision series is still somewhat of a mystery to Marvel fans. The newest trailer we received seemed to raise more questions about this elusive series. What we can tell is that Wanda and Vision will be seen throughout many decades and in superhero form and in time appropriate garb as well. Also, they may have children???

Marvel Studios describes the series as such:

Marvel Studios’ “WandaVision” blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The new series is directed by Matt Shakman; Jac Schaeffer is head writer. Debuts on Disney+ this year.

Other Disney+ Series Release Dates

This possible release date comes to viewers just after Disney+ released dates for its other original series. Lucasfilm is bringing back the return of The Mandalorian which will premiere its second season on October 30, 2020. We also learned that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier has been pushed back to 2021. The same programming code information that was originally obtained by Murphy’s Multiverse revealed that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier would possibly debut on December 31, 2021.
