Many onsite Walt Disney World Resort Hotels will be reopening on June 22, before the Disney property’s theme parks open beginning July 11. The resort’s Disney Springs shopping and entertainment district already began its phased reopening on May 20.
Of note, however, is the fact that. the Swan and Dolphin Hotels will NOT be reopening with the rest of Walt Disney World.

Although the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is located on Disney-owned property (it has an Epcot Drive address), the hotels are actually operated by Marriott International.
They do, however, offer a number of amenities that the majority of local Orlando hotels owned and operated by brands other than Disney are unable to provide. These include Disney FastPass+ access, on site Disney Planning Centers, and complimentary transportation to the four WDW Disney Parks.
