Mickey Mouse has brought thousands of smiles and has helped spread happiness and joy to families around the world for 91 years.

Mickey made his debut on the big screen on November 18, 1928 in his first cartoon, Steamboat Willie. This was one of the first ever synchronized sound cartoons that was produced and was even entered into the National Film Registry in 1998.

Walt Disney himself had provided the voice of Mickey in Steamboat Willie, and even voiced Minnie Mouse, too. Walt Disney continued providing his voice for Mickey from 1928 to 1947 and then again from 1955 to 1959.

On November 18, Disney fans and Disney theme parks are celebrating his birthday in their own, unique ways. But one theme park in particular is going all out for Mickey’s 91st birthday.

The best way to celebrate the mouse’s birthday is by visiting Disneyland in California as they are offering a special Mickey birthday sipper, available today, November 18.

The Mickey Mouse birthday sipper is absolutely adorable and features the main mouse himself, wearing a festive blue and yellow birthday hat and matching bowtie.

Disney guests can also chow down on a delicious foot-long hot dog topped with amazing Walt’s Chili.

This festive meal can be found at the Refreshment Corner and it is available on mobile order!
