There are only three food groups in my world – carbs, wine, and cheese! And if you’re like me, then you’ll have to check out Epcot’s new food crawl for this year’s International Food and Wine Festival.

Think cheese bread, cheesecake, cheesy pasta — all things cheese! That’s right, Epcot has announced that they will be hosting a Cheese Crawl and it will involve all the ooey-gooey goodness you can think of.

This cheese-themed event is called “Emile’s Fromage Montage” named after the hit Pixar film, “Ratatouille.” Guests who want to take on this cheesy-adventure around the world will have the opportunity to try five different cheese-filled dishes from five different country pavilions. Included in the free 2019 International Food and Wine passport, you will find two pages with the five participating food items for “Emile’s Fromage Montage.”.

So what’s on the menu? Let’s take a look!

Impossible Cottage Pie (Earth Eats)

The Impossible Cottage Pie is filled with IMPOSSIBLE Ground Meat mixed with carrots, mushrooms, and peas, topped with mashed cauliflower, white beans, and mozzarella. This item is also vegetarian!

Black Pepper Boursin Soufflé (The Cheese Studio)

It wouldn’t be a cheese crawl without stopping at The Cheese Studio. The next participating item is the Black Pepper Boursin Soufflé with fig marmalade, and it’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory. This item is also vegetarian.

Schinkennudeln (Germany Marketplace)

Head on over to the Germany pavilion to find Schinkennudeln — a pasta gratin mixed with ham, onions and cheese. This item is kid-friendly!

Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese (The Alps)

Next on the cheese crawl – The Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese is served with baby potatoes, cornichons, and a baguette. This item is also vegetarian and kid-friendly!

Pão de Queijo (Brazil)

For the last stop on the cheese crawl, head on over to Brazil and check out the Pão de Queijo, which is a warm Brazilian cheese bread. The Pão de Queijo is vegetarian, kid friendly, and gluten free. This is a hit every year at the festival!

Complimentary Cheesecake (Shimmering Sips)

Make sure you get your passport stamped at each location because those who complete this cheese crawl will get dessert! Head on over to the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar and show them your completed passport and you will receive a complimentary slice of delicious cheesecake.
