Disney just announced that new attraction overlays are coming this holiday season, and if you’ve been debating whether or not to attend this year’s event, this may convince you to buy your tickets.
Disney shared that Tomorrowland Speedway, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Space Mountain, and Mad Tea Party are all getting holiday overlays for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. At Tomorrowland Speedway, guests will cruise through a festive freeway with beautiful lights and décor that will feel like you’re driving down Santa Claus Lane. Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor is putting a hilarious holiday spin on their comedy show. Space Mountain will launch guests on “a trippy jaunt through the cosmos” including all-new dazzling lights and high-energy holiday music. And over in Fantasyland, Mad Tea Party will become a wild and wacky Christmas party with lights and music that will get anyone in the fun holiday spirit. We love holiday overlays on Disney Parks attractions, so we’re definitely excited that Disney is adding some to Magic Kingdom for the Christmas party this year.
The announcement of holiday attraction overlays comes not long after Disney shared other special additions to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
