Pregnant women have magical Disney Princess-inspired maternity photo shoot - Inside the Magic

We love taking inspiration from Disney to create beautiful works of art in our everyday lives. One Disney-loving couple used some pixie dust to create a gorgeous maternity photo shoot in the style of five Disney Princesses.

After facing issues of infertility and experiencing miscarriage, the couple behind Vic and Marie Photography drew inspiration from the magic of Disney to create something beautiful. They gathered together five expectant mothers to be a part of a stylized maternity shoot and portray Disney Princesses. Husband and wife duo Vic and Marie, who spoke to PopSugar back in 2017, shared that they wanted to capture the love between Disney Princesses and their romantic partners in the form of magical maternity photos.

“We wanted to go outside of that box, something no one had tried to do as of yet, and then it hit me, why not do all of the princesses in a group shot, expecting sweet little babies, and showing off their beautiful bump in a creative way?” Marie said in an interview with Popsugar. “It was a fun project for me being a huge fan of classic stories and movies I grew up to and it was a fun project for Vic because it allowed him to do something he normally doesn’t get the chance to do often.”

The couple shot the gorgeous photos at the picturesque location of Newman’s Castle in Texas, which looks like it could be right out of a storybook or the set of the next live-action Disney Princess film. Five women were a part of the shoot, and each woman portrayed her role perfectly. The princesses included were Tiana, Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, and Jasmine, and it’s easy to tell from the pictures who is who. Take a look:

“We hope that expecting mamas that see these sweet photos of mommies in a completely different way than what is normally photographed and will give them the inspiration to want to hire a photographer to take some beautiful maternity photos!” Marie said at the time. “It’s such a sweet and beautiful moment in your life, a moment that not many can experience, and a moment that should be celebrated!”
