As we prepare to say to goodbye to 2018 and usher in 2019, it’s time to start making magical plans for New Year’s Eve dining at Disney Parks. At both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort, there are several ways to dine, dance, and toast the night away on December 31, 2018.

Walt Disney World

Prix Fixe Dinner at Flying Fish at Disney’s BoardWalk

Surround yourself with friends and family and enjoy a delicious dinner at Flying Fish, a contemporary hotspot on Disney’s BoardWalk. The evening’s multi-course prix fixe meal includes dishes like Aged Cognac Lobster Bisque, Wild Alaskan King Blue Crab, Chilean Sea Bass, and more. Dessert options include the Cocoa Beach (chocolate hazelnut cake with warm ganache) or the Florida Sunset (vanilla custard with lemon broth, segmented fruits, and white chocolate).

There are two seatings available: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM or 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM. The second seating includes a Sustainable Seafood Tower and Intermezzo.

New Year’s Eve Bash at Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk

From 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM, dance the night away to music spun by a live DJ, enjoy views of the Epcot fireworks, don party hats, and snack on a light-bite menu during the New Year’s Eve Bash at Atlantic Dance Hall. The evening also includes two beverage vouchers and a Champagne toast at midnight. Note: guests must be 21 and older with a valid ID to enter.

New Year’s Eve Dining at Monsieur Paul at Epcot

Enjoy a special New Year’s Eve lunch or dinner at Monsieur Paul in Epcot’s France pavilion. For lunch, Chef Paul Bocuse offers braised ribs with bordelaise sauce, roasted halibut with a beurre blanc sauce, roast turkey and more. For dinner, he presents fish courses that include roasted black bass with a lobster mousse and poached halibut served with seared scallops in a champagne sauce as well as meat courses of roasted venison loin and quail stuffed with truffles. Both lunch and dinner provide an array of delicious appetizers and side dishes—and a special New Year’s Eve dessert to send you into 2019.

New Year’s Eve Dinner at World Show Place Pavilion at Epcot

From 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM, enjoy a delectable New Year’s Eve buffet at Epcot’s World Show Place pavilion. Start your meal with a selection of savory soups and salads, including an antipasto salad with basil, grilled vegetable and bean salad, roasted Ruskin tomato basil soup, and creamy seafood-and-corn chowder. Follow with enticing entree options, including seafood mac and cheese with butter-toasted panko and fried chicken breast with corn gravy. Gluten-friendly options include oven-baked cod with tomatoes, olives and peppers, demi braised beef with mushrooms and pearl onions, and apple cider brined pork with roasted apples and cherries. Kids can dig into chicken fritters, meatballs with red sauce, and more.

Of course, don’t forget to save room for dessert! Sweet treats include fresh cut fruit with berries, key lime raspberry glitter tarts, snow-dusted hazelnut-stuffed chocolate Bundt cakes, assorted cookies, cheesecakes and macarons and much more.

From 10:00 PM – 12:30 AM, welcome 2019 during a private bash on Clementine’s Beach at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Indulge in an assortment of freshly prepared desserts, seasonal fruits, cheeses, beer, and wine. You can also catch the stunning Magic Kingdom fireworks from across Seven Seas Lagoon while you raise a glass to the New Year at midnight.

New Year’s Eve Party at The Edison at Disney Springs

Celebrate the one year anniversary of The Edison and New Year’s Eve at the same time during this dazzling gala event. From 7:30 PM to midnight, enjoy tray-passed hors-d’oeuvres, food stations, and a wide selection of beer, wine, and premium spirits. Plus, there will be a celebratory toast at midnight as well as a selection of coffee and desserts. Entertainment includes a live band, burlesque dancers, aerialists and more. You must be a least 21 years old to attend.

Disneyland Resort

Dinner and Dance Party at Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

Have an early dinner or a late meal and dance party at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. From 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM during the early dinner, indulge in Chef Andrew Sutton’s 4-course wine country feast.

Or, from 8:15 PM – 1:00 AM, say goodbye to 2018 with live music, champagne, a 5-course tasting menu, and dancing. For dessert, enjoy the unique Sugar Piñatas, served exclusively at Napa Rose. Complimentary party hats and favors are included, and for an additional cost, you can pair the 5-course tasting menu with a special flight of wines.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet and Party at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel

The whole family is welcome to ring in the New Year at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, and some pals from “Incredibles 2” will be in attendance, too. The evening includes an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet at PCH Grill with options like New England clam chowder, herb-marinated prime rib, pan-seared wild mushroom blend, Yule log, tiramisu cheesecake, and more. Kid-friendly items include petite grilled beef tips, oven-baked mac and cheese, and build-your-own pizzas. After dinner, move over to the Pacific Ballroom to enjoy shimmering lights, music, and photo opportunities with characters. A celebratory toast and balloon drop take place at both 9:00 PM and midnight!

Dinner is served from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, while the Pacific Ballroom New Year’s Eve Character Celebration runs from 6:30 PM – 12:30 AM.
