Let’s preview some of the food, beverage and dessert offerings coming to 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is an annual celebration at Walt Disney World which brings food, beverage and entertainment offerings from around the globe to the Central Florida resort. Today, we have an exclusive look at some of this famous festival’s international offerings.

Food

Beginning with some of the festival’s food offerings, coming to Flavors from Fire is the savory Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak on a Smoked Corn Cake with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro Aioli.

For those who like bites on the go, the Hops & Barley festival booth will be offering the New Brunswick Slider, made with slow-braised beef brisket “Pot Roast Style” with horseradish cream and crispy fried onions. It’s served on a potato roll with pickled vegetables on the side.

A cheesy option from this year’s festival, found at The Wine & Dine Studio, is the Butternut Squash Ravioli. This dish is made with Brown butter vinaigrette, parmesan cheese, and pumpkin seeds.

Coming to Brazil, the Moqueca is a dish that serves up only the best fish from under the sea. The Brazilian seafood stew features scallops, shrimp and white fish with coconut-lime sauce and steamed rice.

A dish that is not only savory but sweet is the Jerk-spiced Chicken Lollipop, made with roasted sweet plantain salad and a mango chutney yogurt. This offering can be found at the Islands of the Caribbean booth.

Coming to Earth Eats, and a nice bite you can hold in your hands, is The Steakhouse Blended Burger. The blended beef and wild mushroom sliders come with brie cheese fondue, arugula, truffle and blue cheese potato chips on a brioche bun.

Drinks

The second major part of the festival, the beverage offerings, include a massive amount of international wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks. Here is a look at a few coming to this year’s festival.

To be found at The Festival Center Wine Shop is the Silverado Vineyards Sangiovese and Kurt Russell’s Gogi Wines “Goldie” Chardonnay.

A sweeter beverage offering coming to the festival, found at Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar, is the Madras Mimosa. Other available flavors coming to the bar include Key Lime Mimosa, Tropical Mimosa, and Blood Orange Mimosa.

A drink that may leave you feeling lucky, found exclusively in Ireland and new to this year’s festival, is Guinness Bailey’s Shake.

For those who enjoy sampling ale, the Light Lab will be offering the RGB Beer Flight. R (red) from Playalinda Brewing Co. in Titusville, FL is the Red Cherry Tart. G (green) from Grasslands Brewing Company in Tallahassee, FL is the Green Kiwi Blonde. B (blue) from M.I.A. Beer Company in Doral, FL. is the Blueberry Golden Ale.

Desserts

To save the best for last, take a look at just some of the many dessert offerings coming to 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.

The Maple Bourbon Boursin Cheesecake, made with maple bourbon cream, caramel and pecans is a sweet delight with a little crunch. This dessert will be found at The Cheese Studio.

At Active Eats, guests at the festival will be able to find this next sweet, which will leave them full of energy! The Active Eats Energy Bar Bites are a small and light treat made from the mixture of chocolate, nuts, dried fruit, and dates.

A toothsome offering that packs a little spice, coming to Flavors from Fire, is the Chocolate Picante. This rich offering is a dark chocolate mousse with cayenne pepper, chili powder, and mango.

All of the food, beverages, and desserts featured in this article will be available when the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival kicks off at Epcot’s World Showcase on Thursday,
