Credit: Marvel“Spider-Man: Homecoming” star Tom Holland revealed the title of the upcoming sequel during ACE Comic-Con in Seattle this weekend.
In a video posted to Instagram, Holland holds up his iPad to give viewers a peek at the sequel title: “Spider-Man: Far From Home.” He apologizes for not having many details to share with fans, and admits the prospect of a “Spider-Man” sequel is confusing right now, given the ending of “Avengers: Infinity War.”
Holland, who is known for almost spoiling Marvel movies, seems to be playing off his reputation with this “accidental” movie title reveal.
“Spider-Man: Far From Home” arrives in theaters on July 5, 2019, two months after the release of “Avengers 4.” Plot-wise, not much is known about either film at this time, but next summer is sure to be an epic one for Marvel fans.
