Details aboard the ship will now be finished as it is readied to be moved from Germany to Florida early next year for its maiden voyage at the end of March 2012.

The Disney Fantasy is quite similar in features to the recently-launched Disney Dream, including the popular AquaDuck shipboard water coaster, though it will sport design elements and guest experiences that form unique offerings at sea. Included among its unique features are the nighttime entertainment district Europa, a new technology-driven show for the Animator’s Palate restaurant called “Animation Magic,” a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique“>Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and the Broadway-style stage show “Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular.”

In May 2011, Disney unveiled all the details surrounding these new elements for the Disney Fantasy as well as a look at Mademoiselle Minnie Mouse, the icon bronze statue that will be featured in the ship’s main atrium.

The Disney Fantasy will sail alternating seven-night cruises from Port Canaveral, Fla. to the Eastern and Western Caribbean and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay with the maiden voyage scheduled for March 31, 2012.
