There’s a lot to look forward to at the Central Florida Disney parks in 2025. Magic Kingdom Park will debut the all-new Disney Starlight nighttime parade and a Pirates of the Caribbean lounge. Beyond putting on exciting seasonal festivals, EPCOT is gearing up to open an adults-only, Spaceship Earth-themed lounge, GEO-82.
Two new shows, Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After and The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure, will debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park will also premiere an all-new 4D show in the Tree of Life: Zootopia: Better Zoogether!.
If you want the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience these new Walt Disney World Resort attractions and experiences for free, you can enter the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s upcoming sweepstakes. Residents of the United States (except Tennessee) aged 18 and older are eligible to enter. The grand prize includes:
- Roundtrip coach airfare
- Ground transportation
- Hotel accommodations for four nights
- Five-day theme park tickets with Park Hopper option
- One (1) $300 Disney gift card
- A Welcome Treats Basket
The sweepstakes is part of a long-running partnership between The Walt Disney Company and the National Cherry Blossom Festival. The festival runs from March 20 to April 13, 2025, with a celebratory parade on April 12. It will feature several Disney characters, including Ariel, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse. This is Mickey and Minnie’s third appearance in the parade and Ariel’s first.
The 2025 National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade features 3,000 participants from across the United States, bringing to life “a procession of pink and petals, giant helium balloons, stunning floats, and electrifying performances.”
