The Disneyland Paris Resort has hit capacity as guests continue to flock to the Disney theme parks for the holidays. When looking at the official Disneyland Paris webpage, tickets and reservations are unavailable from now through Thursday, January 2, 2025, indicating Disneyland Paris is a popular spot to ring in both Christmas and the New Year.
Disneyland Paris news organization DisneyphileLIVE shared a post online showing a warning message notifying guests the resort is full for the next several days.

This popularity is not exclusive to Disney’s international resorts, with dates selling and booking out months in advance for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts as well. Both Disneyland and Walt Disney World feature their own sets of limited-time events guests can partake in during the holidays, which include festive treats, special experiences, and more.
The Disneyland Paris Resort opened in 1992 and features two distinct theme parks for guests to enjoy and experience. The aptly-named Disneyland Park was the first to open and, as such, features some of Disney’s most iconic attractions, such as Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, “It’s a Small World,” and Peter Pan’s Flight.
The park is also home to Disneyland Paris’ versions of Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain.
The European vacation destination is set to receive several upgrades over the next few years, including a brand-new attraction based on Disney’s The Lion King.
This new ride will be similar in nature to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, which takes guests on a water-based journey through the Louisiana swamp. Disneyland Paris’ Lion King ride is expected to also be a log-flume adventure, only this time taking guests through the events of Disney’s classic 1994 animated film.
These changes start soon, with plenty of new things in store for Disney’s American theme parks as well. Not only will the Magic Kingdom be getting a new area based on Pixar’s Cars franchise, but both Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are set to receive their own upgrades.
Of course, change doesn’t come easy, with several fan-favorite rides and attractions slated to close permanently in the coming years, but as Walt himself stated, the theme parks will never truly be finished but always remain in a constant state of change and evolution.
